Pre-stressed concrete or reinforced concrete sleepers are produced as to cater pandrol or vossloh fastening system. SPC is able to produce based on customer’s specifically designed sleepers to cater the project needs. Quality of sleepers is ensured during manufacturing from the raw material till the sleepers are produced and routine test which ensures the technical compliance will be carried out.
