In fact, International SBC/DCS does not require any certificate from our competitor . International SBC/DCS is having sufficient international mutual recognition and one of the respected independent certification and rating body worldwide accredited by UKJAS accreditation & ITCC, ASCB(UK) United Kingdom and recognized more than 120 countries around the world. There is conspiracy and lobbying going against us to affect the brand value of International SBC/DCS who is offering number of value added service to Indian Railway since 2008.
Q.4. Absolutely baseless and frivolous allegation by our competitor which is totally wrong to gain competitive advantage only. e.x. Baseless claim of Sustainable Company & Sustainable Railway Station Rating is only promoted By our competitor only in india and patented by one organization ?
Ans. DCS Reply: Sustainable Company Rating is not unique certification. In fact, worldwide no of similar certification is available like Griha Sustainable Rating (www, grihaindia.org), UK Sustainable Building Council, Canada Sustainable Building Council, Austria Sustainable Building Council and at least 100 more organization including DCS offering Sustainable Rating Certification and claim by our competitor as patented product is baseless as certification and rating system cannot be patented because worldwide, similar number of Sustainable rating programs are already existing. Kindly ask our competitor to produce patent certificate and service mark as logo registration with DIPP is okay, No one is misusing the logo of anyone.

Ans. International SBC/ Deming Ratings is an independent rating agencies, along with other recognized rating agencies world-wide. We believe certified once , accepted worldwide.

There is no single database of those organisations who are Sustainable rated organisations in the worldwide.
There is Independent International Register of product person and organization (IRPPO) to find accredited Certification & Inspection Bodies, Testing & Calibration Laboratories and Proficiency Testing Bodies, Training institutes and Sustainable rated organization personnel and projects around you, person competence for recruitment etc.. This is free access to database, so it is up to the organisation with Sustainable rated organisations to choose to be registered on this database.
