Does International SBC have a regulatory role?

International SBC is not a regulator. It does not have any legal or regulatory enforcement powers. International SBC does however have an ‘oversight’ function and works to ensure that those organisations’ it green Rates meet the applicable international ratings standards, independent and Impartial Assessment.
